At this year’s Greifswald City Run, the Campus Heroes were impossible to miss once again: our team of four motivated runners competed in the 4×2.5 km relay race and gave it their absolute all. With plenty of endurance and high spirits, our runners conquered the course and can be incredibly proud of their amazing performance. Our unique relay baton caught plenty of attention! The XXL cotton swab turned many heads and provided the perfect opportunity to raise awareness for our cause. This allowed us to not only impress athletically but also visibly showcase our initiative. Our runners were cheered on by many other Campus Heroes who lined the track, creating a fantastic atmosphere with their loud support. Another highlight of the day was a visit from moritz.tv. Today, we as the Campus Heroes once again took part in the 18th Greifswald City Run full of energy. Competing in the mixed relay, four runners from our team started together and completed a total of 10 kilometers through the city center of Greifswald. For us, it wasn’t just about athletic performance, but above all about team spirit. With our very special baton – a swab – we deliberately drew attention and made our topic visible. The “world’s best baton” sparked many curious looks, conversations, and of course boosted motivation within our team. Along the course, we were loudly cheered on, giving us extra momentum. Step by step, we grew closer together as a team. The City Run was once again a powerful experience for us: physically challenging, full of fun, and defined by solidarity.
