In the run-up to Christmas, 41 students gave a truly special gift: by registering as potential stem cell donors, they offered new hope to people who urgently depend on a life-saving stem cell donation.
On Nikolaus Day, another registration drive took place in the campus cafeteria on Loefflerstraße – this time in a festive, Christmas-themed atmosphere. Hot punch, small surprises and seasonal decorations created a welcoming setting that encouraged many students to stop by, learn more about stemm cell donation and to register as potential donors.
Every new registration increases the chances of finding a suitable donor for people suffering from blood cancer. The campaign impressively demonstrated how commitment and solidarity during the Christmas season can turn into real, life-saving support.
